That'd be way too easy for him, he deserves to be tortured like the families are being right now. He doesn't deserve a simple bullet to the head.

Sounds like he already tried to take himself out, god or karma or whatever you believe in obviously thought he deserves a more harsh treatment, so he's still alive.

I hope he is treated the way he deserves to be treated, lives a long and painful life and none of us ever have to see the idiot again.

Two problems with that: we aren't allowed using more appropriate methods of execution for a scumbag like him and in no way do I want any of my tax money going towards feeding and supporting him in prison for any longer than absolutely necessary.

Federal prosecutors charged badly wounded Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev in his hospital bed on Monday, but details of the charges were sealed, a U.S. court official said.

"There has been a sealed complaint filed," said Gary Wente, circuit executive for the U.S. Courts for the First Circuit, who said a magistrate judge was present when Tsarnaev was charged at his bed in Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Boston. Tsarnaev was listed in serious condition.

He'll sue all party's concerned...co-operate with authorities, plea down to lesser charges, a few mistrials...write a book....and become a folk-hero in the end...

sure, if they know he's in a certain neighborhood. actually shut down the area with flights, taxis, cell phone usage, etc. Then yes, if they need to go door to door, to find a serial killer, rapist, child molester, terrorist, the tooth fairy, easter bunny...go for it. Bastard needs to be caught.

like I said, it wasn't just random houses. it was a neighborhood, with a known murderer, or suspect that was running away.

Fourth amendment rights protect you from illegal searches and seizures....That is, if it relates to "you" and any criminal prosecution or use of evidence against you...

It does not apply to the "Hot Pursuit" of a suspect...Should you interfere with criminal man-hunt you are either obstructing justice, aiding and abetting or harboring a criminal...Then you can cry for your fourth amendment rights...

I am,,, anything I can do to help, all for it. I have nothing to hide and it's not going to inconvenience me that much. Who knows the guy could be hiding out in my next door neighbors house, I'd want that checked too.

Those cameras on the street were HUGE in this one. No doubt many lives were saved because of them.

He won't be physically tortured, and he won't be treated the way he deserves to be treated. He's protected by the Constitution for cruel and unusual punishment.

If he makes it out of the hospital, and gets found guilty, he'll be given the death penalty.

Look at it from this point of view; You're at work and you get a call from your wife and children who are home. There's a serial killer loose in your neighborhood and the cops want to remove your family from the house and search for him. Would you want your family to stay there where there could possibly be a shoot out?
