I think it is pretty obvious that they had more in the works. The night of the shootout that killed the older brother they had at least one pressure cooker bomb with them. They ended up throwing it out the window at police but they didn't build it for that purpose.

Am I the only person that thinks this type of house-by-house forcible search is HIGHLY illegal?

It's one thing to go house by house and ask if the occupants have seen or heard anything out of the ordinary. It's an entirely different thing to force people out of their homes at gunpoint without probable cause.

Obviously, I have no idea if there was some kind of probable cause for the specific home filmed above, but if this was done to every single home systematically, then there needs to be a serious in-depth review of this process.

Just now read an article out of the Washington Post talking about this same exact issue. NOT ONCE has Martial Law been invoked to search for ANY ALLEDGED criminal. If you think the Martial Law order and illegal searches wasnt handed down by the Feds then someone is blind.

I amended my post to say I think but I may be wrong since the patriot act when it was first enacted allowed this but I remember now a warrant is needed. Anyway how does anyone know they did not have a warrant?
