The sister thinks they may have been framed also...

If they've been framed why are they running away, throwing bombs at cops, shooting them and on top of that the younger brother is still running..

I heard this also, which is pretty messed up.

I really want to know how they had them both but the younger brother got away.. They have the WHOLE city on this and they couldn't follow the younger brother?

About that.. doesn't seem like much is happening though, seems like they're waiting it out.

Then again these guys seem crazy, potentially bombs everywhere. There's the new old man now with a potential 'kill switch' that is a new worry and such things as that.

That possibly hints that other people are involved and he did it so his brother wouldn't rat anyone out (or maybe I've seen too many police drama's)...which also might be why he hasn't been caught yet, if other people are involved, he could be out of the city already or well hidden.
