Curious question about Paint warranty.

Hi im asking about the warranty for paints on well a challenger which is my moms its a 2010 and the only reason I ask is cause on the side of the bumper where the fender meets the bumper a small part of the paint is missing like peeled off, and the other side doesn't look like that at all. Could this be under warranty or might the dealer just say normal wear and tear the car is less than 15k miles on it. Its not a huge deal but enough to be a annoyance to my mom. So since she is taking her car for a oil change this weekend I told her to point it out to the dealer and see what they say but I want some ammo before we go there.
