And creatine is one of the few suppliments (of the many I've tried) that I still use - because it actually does work for me.

My suppliment routine looks like this:

Every morning: Two Multivitamins, 2400 mg fish oil, 500 mg Arginine.

Pre-workout: 500 mg Glutamine, 750 mg Creatine, 500 mg Taurine

Post-workout: 500 mg Glutamine, 750 mg Creatine, protein protein protein.

And then my daily diet consists of at least 125 grams of protein and 200 grams on non-sugar carbohydrates.

Its working, but slowly.

Right now I'm on the BSN line of supplements. It's the Pre-Workout N.O. Explode, the Nitrix everyday supplement supplement, and the post-workout Cellmass. I just finished a bottle of Vyper fat burners. I get the supplements for basically free, and I have a free gym membership because my brother works there.

P.S. - However, I've done three years of research and testing using just about every suppliment GNC sells and my own body.

The first major thing I've found is that my body does not work like most peoples. Heh. I tried the "mass building" techniques and they worked ok, but it was when I started working on building more endurance based muscle that my weight went up more quickly.

Yeah, I have some weight gainer 2200. The problem with them is that yeah, its a million calories per serving, but thats because its like trying to drink a gallon of milk at once - the servings are HUGE!

The best protein shake mix I've found is one bottle of ensure plus and an added scoop of pure whey.
