Think about it. Are criminals going to walk into a licensed gun dealer's store and fill out a federal form every time they want to give one of their criminal buddies a gun? Of course not! And Schumer knows it...he's just trying to play us for fools.

This isn't about making Americans safer...it's about leading law-abiding gun owners down the road to gun registration - and ultimately, GUN CONFISCATION - just like we watched happen in England and Australia.

I dont totally know all the specifics yet because so many ammendments were put in then taken out etc. Basically the meat of it all is this. Any AR platform long gun is banned. Any new handgun purchases will require one to be fingerprinted, a 16-32 hour training class, and a license for the handgun. NO BANNED weapons may be transported throught the state, or into the state. The total cost for a new handgun purchase in Md with fees, training, license etc will be approx 500.00 on top of the cost of the actual gun. Its ALL legitimate Bullshit.
By Md Law the MSP have to give you a accept or deny response withing 7-10 days. With all the gun purchases lately the MSP is out 40-60 days. So the MSP is currently breaking Md law. They dont have enough staff to support it all now, how are they gonna support even more paperwork etc with all the BS coming down the pike under the new law.

One representative was actually quoted in saying ( We dont have enough money to keep the criminals in jail )

So let criminals out and take legal citizens guns away. Makes perfect sense to NO AMERICAN EVER

Thanks. Its certainly in the works. Was actually checking out a few houses that were listed in Spring online. I think ive pretty much decided in the Houston, surrounding Houston area. Kahr CW45 or Springfield XDS 45 Anyone have an opinion? Kahr is about 400 and the XD is 600. I'm on the fence could easily go either way....

I love my XD's. Great shooting guns. I personally have not shot the Khar. I'd suggest shooting them both and make youre decision based on what you feel is comfortable and fits you best.

I hate this damn state with a passion. They're all a bunch of socialist bastards and I've had enough of it. I don't see them doing anything about all of the crime in Baltimore, yet they still take LEGAL rights away.

Im glad i left that state.... All i have to worry about here is mag capacity... even then that is being fought tooth and nail out here....

Have you seen the comment from the Governor over that bill? He signed it and didnt even know what he was signing. He said I sign alot of bills I dont even know what they are. WTF?
