up on the grey bar at the top of the page, it says "user cp" - click that then look on the left where it says "profile picture". then follow the instructions from there, you'll be good to go.

Not really related to the OP's question, but isn't it awesome that within a half hour the OP got a good answer to his question? So often on forums it seems that the 'answer' to simple questions is filled with sarcasm, belittling, and other not-so-helpful posts and it takes hours, or days (if ever) to get a reasonable answer.
