You guys are a riot. Your Canada Camaro, my American Honda... funny stuff. Our monthly payment dropped almost $100 dollars. Insurance went down $214 a year (we both have clean records). Put the gas savings on top of that, she was filling up the SS 2-3 times a week. That's how we broke it down.

Good grief people do some homework, does it really matter if it's made here, the profits always have and always will, go back to country of origin(JAPAN, in this case). Just remember, there is always going to be a demand for cars and trucks, and if everybody just bought a Ford or GM instead of a Honda, Toyota,ETC..... the people building the Honda's, Toyota's, etc.. would still be employed, just at a Ford or GM plant! And probably making more moneywhich means more money back into OUR economy!! Just sayin....... But at the end of the day, it is his/her money and this is a free country

At the end of the day it doesn't matter, there are thousands of people in the U.S. that benefit from the sale of import vehicles, think about all of the honda, toyota, nissan, etc. dealerships in the u.s., and how many people they employ.

If you don't think the lions share of the money does not end up back in Japan you are the one in.denial

People need to stop buying imports and support the domestics
You go to Japan guess what they are driving Japanese cars only a very few American cars are there.

And if American auto companies were thriving as they once did those American Toyota workers would all have jobs and Detroit and Michigan would not be crumbling.

you are in denial that your camaro is made in canada? What is the difference between canada and japan, they are both not the U.S. I have worked for places that would import from china, and then put a made in usa sticker on it after they put a couple of things together, don't be fooled.

Camaro=Canada, I'm pretty sure that is another country, therefore that would be an import. Not literally, but the argument is ridiculous.
