I got lucky with this last storm it passed to the south of us and we only got a dusting of snow. Its mostly melted now and it will be sunny and in the 40's and 50's this weekend so the little left will be gone fast.

Hi everyone!

Cold and windy day here, with temps in the 60's. Waves of showers keep moving through and are to continue into tomorrow.

Northcentral Pa and the sun is shining. We missed the snow as it went south and east of us so the roads are clear and dry. Gonna remove the battery tender and take the ole girl downtown to get some groceries and let it stretch it's ponies a little. Still only mid 30's so have to be careful on the Perelli tires not to let too many ponies loose.

Was a beautiful day here too. The big boss let us go an hour early today! Took advantage and went home to get RedHawt. She got a good bath and pedicure...........

My club is going cruising to the NE Georgia Mtns and a winery........

That sounds fun. Tomorrow is bath time for Ruby. She needs it. She has made a road trip to Louisville & a couple of local cruises & has been sitting in the garage all winter inbetween. I'll post pics instead of Friday pics tonight. Have fun.

What the heck?? It's Saturday, and I'm up before dawn??? It's the cats. Who needs an alarm clock when you have Stumpy the wonder cat?? He thinks we all need to be up at 4:15 every day!

It's supposed to be beautiful today, so I will be detailing Ladybug, probably after a drive...

Good afternoon all. It's sunny and dry here temps in the 40's so I decided to pull the cover and battery tender off the Camaro and take it for a drive. Today was the first time I even started it since early December and it started right up.
However it ran really rough and I had a CEL. Now I did clean and re-oil my CAI filter a few weeks ago so I thought maybe I messed that up somehow.

I pulled it out of the garage and turned it off then I opened the hood and the CAI looked fine. I thought maybe I just needed to put a few miles on it so the computer could readjust since it had not been running for a while. I started it and then it was fine no CEL and it ran normal and smooth. I drove it a couple of miles to get it up to operating temperature then came home. Seems fine now and man did it feel great to drive it again. My wife and I are going to go for a drive maybe to get something to eat. Have any of you that store your car's ever had something like the rough initial start before?

Yup. Doesn't take too long to clear up tho. Although I don't remember getting any engine codes.

We did with our first tube. Kept throwing codes. Took out the CAI, brought into the shop to have the MAF checked, turns out the MAF was bad. The shop replaced the MAF. We weren't sure if the tube caused the MAF to go bad or if it was just a bad MAF from the beginning, decided just to buy a new tube and haven't had any issues since. From what I understand those MAF's can be sensitive and probably just the cleaning triggered something, so after driving awhile the code will clear. The computer learns it's all ok
