Well it is getting to be sleepy time. We are getting more snow that predicted, but still will not amount to much. The ground is too warm so once it stops snowing it will melt pretty quickly. It is pretty but a shame it is night & we can't even really enjoy looking at it. Sweet dreams everyone.

Happy hump day to all. My sleepless nights are due to working as a Production Supervisor II for Osram Sylvania. During the last 14 years I've worked 7 day rotating shifts. 7 days of 7-3p, 7 days of 3-11p and 7 days of 11p-7a with a 4 day weekend but only one weekend off a month. After all those years my body's timeclock is screwed up. I retired on 1/1/13 and after two months still can't get into a normal sleep schedule. Guess it just takes patience and time. Oh well, until then, I just need to hang in there.

Thanks for all the nice comments to my post about getting the cold shoulder. Sure makes me feel better.

"If the VP gets too close to the DMZ, he could be captured by the VC. Then he'd be MIA, and we'd all get KP!"

After years in the USAF, and now writing FARs for the FAA, I'm guessing you've developed an appreciation for acronyms.

Wow! It must be your week Skyman. Congrats on the trophy and the wings. Maybe you could take that luck to Reno...

Sorry about your lost emoticon Twisty. Maybe you can use this one:

Good morning crew. Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! c-c-c-c-ooooooooooooooold here this morning. I want warm weather. Happy hump day anyway. I sure did not want to get out of my warm bed this morning. I really dread getting out in that cold wind this morning. Lately when my hands get cold my fingers turn ghostly white get tingly-numb even with warm gloves on. It takes a while to get them back to normal. What's up with that? I need some good warm coffee. HAGD everyone.

I really like your after market wheels. They are such a good fit, especially with the IBM paint.
Thanks. Now have to go through basically a New Hire Class minus a few days of Basic Indoc. Yeah going to be very interesting learning new procedures once again. Well been through it before 3 Airlines One interview lol. Can't imagine the complexity of merging OP Specs,Manuals etc.
Thank you. Didn't know if would like them at first not seeing them in person first, but the company had a return and buyback policy. When they arrived was real happy with the look on the car.

Diane looks like no FBodies in Paradise this year. Looks like the way things work won't be able to bid May Schedule so will be stuck with leftovers and probably not weekends off. Will see.

Thanks LBM and Jay.

I can relate to the screwed up sleep schedule... Spent a number of years working a graveyard shift, 7 on, 7 off. The 7 off were always good, but bouncing back and forth on the sleep schedule really did a number on me.
Congrats on your retirement, though! Now it doesn't really matter when you sleep, does it??

Happy hump day all! Glad the week is half over.... I left work early yesterday, was having a panic attack (for some unknown reason - maybe my pent up stress just finally hit me?), and couldn't repeat doses of meds without ending up too sleepy to get home. Feeling much better today, but kind of dreading the chaos I face when I get to work... fingers crossed.....
