Sorry Tag I just saw this... Well I was going to build a 6.5 grendel but that is looking like it wont happen. I will be building a .458 socom with one and something like a .300 BlackOut lightweight 12.5 barrel with the Noveske flash suppressor KX3 that is 3.6 inches and make it 16.1. Then hopefully the new Fortis REV Free float. Or something make a pistol out of one.

Also If anyone is interested. I am wanting to trade my 2 Forged Seekins Lowers for a .308 lower.... I mean I REALLY REALLLLY want to. Since the 6.5 grendel is pretty much a no go.

Thing is only 33 states recognize another states conceal carry.

Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming

The other 17 states don't recognize another state's permit.

Pres Bush signed something like HR218 into effect which states that LEO's can carry anywhere in the US. However, some states either don't or won't recognize this fact. You can apparently still get booked if you are LEO and are carrying in New York. In another state, you can get booked for carrying hollow points, but not the gun. Of course, it's an affirmative defense that you are LEO and therefore, shouldn't get booked. But like in New York, it doesn't matter. Word is, they are encouraged to book outside LEO's for carrying....as crazy as that could be. I mean...wtf, right. We are supposed to be on the same team here...

My GF wanted to eat at Denny's this morning. I had to remind her why we have not gone there lately, and will not return.

My C5F trip may get cancelled because of these new laws. I'm not traveling cross country without protection. That west side of Indy (just south if the Windham) was pretty rough too.

That was an "oversight" on the part of our genius governor...slight tiny bright ray of light is that they're fixing that idiotic part of the bill. But just goes to show you how little thought went into the original.........
