Sounds like your fault, and I wouldn't be very happy about u cutting me off doing 40 in a 55 either.

You said you where going 40 and traffic was 55. Paying attention is fundamental. I don't even know why your asking. From your own story you cut the guy off because your one of those people that think we should all hit the brakes and let you in. If your not going the speed limit don't get over unless there are no cars in that lane. It's kind of a simple concept. You admitted you where in the wrong and didn't even realize it. Lmao.

First off, my Veh is a Dry Land Battleship (Escalade ESV) so that's how all 4 wheels can be in the lane with some of my Veh still in the previous lane. As for how he did what he did he gunned it an swerved partially into the far left lane and basically hit me with a LEO pit maneuver if you will.

First off, I said the max speed limit was 55, I never said everyone ELSE was GOING 55...also I said the traffic was going slower than 55 due to congestion. Reading all the details is ALSO fundamental before you post! As for you assuming what kind of person I am without having met me or knowing me, well I think you should keep that to yourself.

BTW, I think the crash was provoked by the other driver who saw your left blinker going. Some selfish drivers intentionally block the changes if they see someone trying to change lanes.
I use my signals but only when actually changing lanes, not before.

Well got some good news from my Ins today. The other guy couldnt claim any damage due to he didnt have any that could be claimed.....just normal wear. So all i have to do is worry about the damage caused to my vehicle. Which should be under $1000.
