Final buying decision was between the Camaro and a WRX STi. 1LE package pushed me to domestic, which I said I would never do.

LS7 powered 5th Gen Camaro with 1LE, 2SS and RS packages if it comes to be.

Challenger, CTS... many 60s-70s muscle (yes, I need a Jay Leno fleet), almost any Lambo or Ferrari, and certainly... an Aston Martin or twelve. And every week, I'm just six little numbers away from having all of those parked at my 200- acre estate.

There are plenty of cars I like but none evoke the passion of the Camaro for me. I look at diffent cars and know what I like as a daily driver or SUV. But when it comes to the Camaro its special IMHO.

Traded in my camaro (plus check) for a 2013 raptor. Best car/truck decision yet!

Came down to the 13 Boss 302 or the Dusk. the Dusk blew us away with it's looks and style. far above the other 2SS/RSS Cars on the lot. We can make it fast and handle like the boss but you cant import that style to the Boss. The Boss was mean and nasty and fun to drive but Chevy won. but I did go to the dealer actually looking for a 1LE Car but was gonna have to wait a few days for the next one to come in. also honorable mention were 12 and 13 Cobras As well as SRT8 Challenger ( interior sucked on those) 13 Stang Premium with Aftermarket wheels, lowering, full exhaust package. GS Vettes Infiniti G37 coupes 370Z and a few more.

Was between a '66 Chevelle SS, and a '67 or '68 Camaro RS - love those hideaway headlights... In the end, went with the reliability that comes with Electronic Fuel injection, etc. vs. manual tuning via a screwdriver... So, we could enjoy driving it vs. tinkering...

Other cars I love - the realistic version: Mustang GT California, MKS Ecoboost AWD, Dodge Charger RT, and I want to find a good condtion 88-90 Toyota 4x pickup... I have a low bar.

2013 Avalanche was the alternate target. Wavered for 6 months then decided on the bucket list Camaro I'd always wanted... Tempered my urge by getting a base model in case I had regrets, but am loving this car the more I drive it and am past the uncertainty now and looking forward to long lasting relationship with the new lady....
