Either way, put together a basic blueprint of what you did should you ever want to duplicate the process.

I would make one into a trash can, but that's just me
The cost of everything that went into it I have documented on a spreadsheet. And I've got tons of photographs over the last year of its progress. Documentation shouldn't be too much of an issue. I think it can be covered under home owners from what other builders have said. Ill have to check with ours.

so since no one has asked...

what does it do? Security Video? Alarm? can you talk to it and have it beep boop back at you?

while I am impressed with your work, just kinda scratching my head as to the point?

This was just step 1 in a multi step process. Next step is to add electronics (motors, speed controllers, remote receivers, etc.). It will be fully R/C with hopes to use it at local functions (Charities, kids hospitals, library reading days). I'd also like to add an Xbox Kinect in it to allow a more autonomous feel to it, which would allow it to follow you and obey simple commands.

Dude! I was about to recommend some of that stuff. Sounds like you've got it all planned out
