Its nice X, but the only problem I have with the new Camaro, is that dividing line between the left and right side.

Sure we all agree that just one of anything won't hurt... just one cigar, one puff, one drag, one cig... whatever. But yes that is not going to help you quit. it will actually hurt the process.

Now, What you are really doing is exercising the will power muscle between your ears... To get strong you work out and you get sore. But you keep working out even when it makes you sore.

Same thing here. You keep off of Cigaretes even though it sucks and it makes you sore. It's just part of training. So don't break training. Cus you will just be that much further behind.....

It sucks and it hurts. just like working out.. you have to hang in there for one more mile, set, rep, lap or day...

Don't give up.
