Well damn, I've seen a lot of people in the gym in my short 2 years of going (I'm 19) but I don't think I've seen anyone doing 700+ not even close. The strongest guy I know can probably do 550 and he looks like the guy in the meme on the page before this with chicken legs, but they are strong.

Props to you

I went yesterday. About to go in about an hour and a half from now. Im trying not to get discouraged or board cause im in a plateu right now. Have lost 62 lbs since Jan 1st, 2012 so I cant stop now.

Trying different routines like TRX class and im working on building back my muscle mass.

damn boss, that's sick.

How do you handle that weight? I have been trying to get at 315 lbs for awhile now but I'm struggling. The shere weight on my shoulder blades gives me some lower back isssues.

One of my trainers, when doing heavyweight squats, tends to dip the angle of his back a bit, almost towards a half good-morning level. I thought it looked a bit improper, but it seems to work pretty well for him.

Any tips?

i handle the weight really well, i have been squatting heavy for some time. i prefer to squat barefooted for one. not alot of advice that i could give other than what you already might now. just try to keep the weight centered over your heels on the descent, and drive with your hips through your heels on the way up. here is a little site that may or may not help http://powerliftingacademy.com/the-s...xercise-guide/. are you lifting olympic or powerlifting style?

wow nice site and great read, definitely going to dig in deeper to that.

I mostly powerlift. The way my back is shaped it is just an easier form for me than olympic style.
