I am not sure where us Camaro guys get off on bashing the Challenger's interior, have any of you taken a look at how bad and cheap the Camaro's is other than the seats? That being said I prefer the Challenger's interior, I think the layout is better, better electronics, more comfortable seating, proper head room, and just not a cramped feeling. My Camaro averaged 15-17 mpg, it was about the same for the SRT8.

I have to wonder if the people who slam the challenger interior actually been inside one. Let me refresh some people's memory. I think dodge got it spot on. Its not busy its the right interior for this car. The only small change i would like to see them make is update the electronics like the one in the charger but that's it.

![]() And if you think that the interior of the challenger is cheap then why do you think Chrysler uses the same suppliers as Ferrari? And also, why does Ferrari borrow the touch screen radio to put into the Ferrari California and FF? Trust me, when you have Fiat as the sole steak holder every thing trickles down and up. There is just no comparison when you talk interior quality between the Challenger and Camaro. |

![]() With the exception of some minor placements of things and guage layout the overall shape and design of the new Challenger is VERY similar to the 70s. As for looks you are welcome to your opinion. I would suggest sitting in one and driving it though and you would actually appreciate it. Wuality of materials is a fact you cannot dispute though. the Camaro is full of cheap feeling and looking plastic while the Challenger has much higher quality soft touch materials, that cannot be disputed. |
