How many of you came from the import crowd and what do you bring to the game?

I started off with a 66 Ford Mustang fastback and a 64 Ford Galaxie 500 coupe and then moved on to Toyota 4x4 trucks with lift-kit, buckshot mudders and Rancho Suspension and then into little Toyota RWD coupes, and then on to VW Sciroccos, Honda Civics, a Chevy S-10 slammed and tubbed DD, a Subaru WRX STi and then onto Mitsubishi EVO VIII.

What do I bring to my game with my 2SS/RS?

The one thing I learned from imports, especially the ones that were never meant to be high-performance, is to try and eek out whatever advantage can be found in the chassis and handling and build on it. With the 2SS/RS, this is going to be my first area to learn about. I've never heard of a car or truck that was overdone with suspension and chassis tweaks. To me, it is the basis of a great car.

Never had a import, (and having my camaro as my first car is awesome) But the point of my post is that someday i would like to own a Subby WRX STI, an Evo or at the top of my list is a R34 Skyline but i doubt i'll be able to find one in the states

But for my DD i drive a Acura MDX (i know its not a perfomance car) but its still a Honda
