That's what happens when you have 4WD and 550+ hp in a tundra.. Just a stock 5.7liter non supercharged tundra does 0-60 in 6 seconds. 4.3 seconds for a sotck 5.7 TRD supercharged version. There is a reason I have a Camaro and a Tundra.

I guess I'll never understand dropping all that money into making a pickup fit for the 1320'. It's the equivalent of installing 1 ton springs, 4.11 gears and a heavy duty hitch on the back of the GT500 and pulling a trailer full of commercial lawn equipment.

So true. In defence to the Mustang, thats a slow time for a GT500

The Mustang driver was asleep at the line.

But to be fair, that Tundra would have smoked any stock SS Camaro too.

I would never dump money into my Tundra to make it go faster. However it's always a good idea to have a truck in your household. People with trucks like that usually have a lot of money and pull large boats, dirtbikes, planes, trains, space shuttles, ect... Just Sayin

While that was a bad @$$ run in the 'Yota, the GT500 driver just had problems out of the hole. That was still embarrassing for the Snake, though, lol.

Would be intresting to see the new 650hp GT500 do a run with the Tundra thats for sure!

I believe that car was already sporting additional boost and it sounded like it may have had LTs. I'm sure it was already pretty close to what the '13 makes, if not even a bit more.

Big deal. It's not like towing the shuttle is a hard job. They move jumbo jets around with little tractors every day. The shuttle is much lighter.

That publicity stunt by Toyota is a disgrace! Anyone can do this!
