I have a bit of a breather and on Friday, I head out of town with a bunch of locals for the 3rd Annual Run to the Fun to Laughlin, NV and Lake Havasu, AZ!!! This event is sponsored by AZ All Gens - and boy can they Par-tay!!!

On the Home front, part of closetmaid and lighting fixtures have arrived for the wardrobe conversion but that is on-hold til after the weekend. It's time to go out an play with HotRodSally and a bunch of other Camaro enthusiasts. Woooooohoooooooooo

Not only does the restraining order petition get presented iin court tomorrow, but I also get to file for an anti-harrassment order against my father in law... his last text to me this evening was "I'm coming for you. Like a shark" - that was after texts all day long.... Sigh.... I just want it done.
Thankfully, I have great friends who are all ready to step up and help, and are willing and able to protect me if need be. They are keeping me sane.
Linda, can I change my get out of jail card hump day prize to a throw 'em IN jail card???

I'd say zip over to Phoenix to say "hi" to our favorite airline pilot, but unless he's severely dehydrated, it doesn't sound like he'll be sticking around for a $600 hamburger.

Wow. This vacation is passing way to quickly. It has been good though. Tomorrow we are just going to hang out around the condo. I just got out go the jacuzzi. Man, I love that thing. We went to see Dark Thirty. It was pretty good. We went to see The Last Stand earlier in the week. It was a bit far fetched at times but I liked it.

Take care of yourself L B M (stupid phone would not let's type it without spaces?). Let me know if I can help in any way. Stay safe. I have been there. Don't take any chances. I hope all goes well and this all passes quickly.

I was of the impression that Sky Man is flying to PHX today; I won't be in AZ til Saturday . Another time.

Good morning, or afternoon everyone. Feeling better today, just not 100% yet.

Raining here today, and it is forecasted to continue into tomorrow and Saturday. Our 80* highs are done for a while. :(

Linda, I will not be accompanying the All Gens Club to Lake Havasu. Just got off vacation last week, and there is no way my employer will let me off anytime soon, since I am so far behind. I suspect I'll be receiving "the talk" soon.

Now they are calling for an ice storm tonight. We will have to watch the weather closely and decide if we need to leave early :( , stay a day longer or if maybe we can safely time our departure in the morning. It sounds like the plateau will get it starting around 3 AM. That would effectively prohibit crossing the plateau thereafter for quite some time.

I have officially had it with this cold and crappy weather. It has not been above 15 degrees all week. We are also getting nuisance snow almost every day. Just 2 or 3 inches at a time so not a lot but just enough to have to clean off my truck and driveway every day. Spring can't get here soon enough.
