Hardly, they are all good looking cars. i actually see a LOT of GTR in the new Vettes design, new Viper homely ROFL!!!!! LFA, ok, it does look a little mismatched, honestly never was a fan of it.

Hardly. The Viper is and wlways was, inspired by the origional Shelby Cobra Roadster and Daytona coupe, NEVER by the Corvette. The GTR is an eveolution of the Skyline they have had in Japan for decades, just because we just just got the latest version here, doesn't mean it is the first. On the LFA, I believe, a lot of the design was dictated by the wind tunnel and F1 cars

Also, this is kind of a sorry picture comparison because the Vette is a proffessional picture, no doubt touched up, by GM, and the others are of peoples cars sitting in a parking lot. If the Vette didn't have the better picture, GM would need to ask for a refund from their photography agency..

Humbly...I think the Corvette's superior looks to those other cars, and general attractiveness stems from far more than the photography.

The photography helps, especially in this comparison. I am not saying the C7 is ugly by any means, but for me it is having to grow on me. Of course my taste may be a little wierd as 2 of my favorite Vettes are the C5 Z06 and 96 Gran Sport

Found that compilation of reds on the web... here's my attempt (different colors) but the gist is the same.

However... let me throw a bone in the mix. One can arguably say the new Stingray is America's Ferrari since it mimics the exotic F12 Berlinetta.

I'd take a C7 plus any one of these others anytime... a prancing horse parked next to the bowtie sounds good.

Yep, the new C7 Stingray is one beauty - but it is borrowing similar cues from different cars. It does not matter what people say, the C-pillar area looks like the GTR's and its general lines look like the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta.

This has happened before with the C6. It looked similar to the Ferrari 599.

It does look like the Ferrari with more of an edgy design, but it looks NOTHING like the GTR at any angle.

How do you NOT see GTR in that? the side scoops, the side profile, and even the side window and pillar shape almost scream 2 seat GTR.

Nothing like the gtr....it has more in common with the Viper, and I think even that statement is a stretch...

God, isn't she beautiful though....What an awesome car, this new C7 is.

The side vents have almost always been on a Corvette...it's hardly a gtr-unique feature. Since the Vette had'em first, I think the gtr looks like a Vette because of them.

The window and pillar are completely inverted from one another. The gtr looks awkward, bulky, and too "upright"....the C7 looks svelte, sporty, and precise; like the Ferrari posted.

The C7 looks like a supermodel in a beautiful skin-tight dress...the gtr looks like an ex-model that ate too much and got clubbed over the head by a gorilla at the zoo.
