I'm actually a little guy. 5'10.5" @ 183LBS. I can bench 220 a few times though. But not a Buick.

I'm 5'10" and I used to weigh that many years ago, now I'm at 205. Was 220+ a few years ago but stopped lifting heavy, my joints were hurting too bad. I'm 55 now and I'll just keep it nice and trim from now on, and leave the heavies to you young guys.

haha.. When I started this mess I was almost 220-240. I didn't weigh myself much when I started, I did when I started seeing the weight fall off a lot.

I want 165-170.

Diet. 1810 Calories a day. No soda or energy drinks anymore.

Run 35 mins, lift.

MWF - Upper Body
Tues,Thurs - Lower / core.
