ordered a couple of fun little things for the ar along with my back-order of 30rnd clips >,> next I need to look into replacing the stock and putting a rail system on.

I am pissed!!!!!! My gun finally came in yesterday and it was a XD not the XDM. I ordered this gun back on the 22nd of December. On the 10th of January i wanted my money back because i had found the same gun at another store except it wasnt bi-tone. It was all black which i am ok with but the guy insisted that he found my gun and it was in route to the shop. I agreed and said ok. So yesterday day the bad news came in at 4pm and i told them I was going to get my money back. I called the other store and they said they still have the gun i was wanting. 6pm i am at the old gun shop getting my money back, 6:45 i roll up to the new gun store which is nearly halfway across the state. As i am walking through the door i see a customer handing his drivers license to an employee with the gun between them. I am pissed argh. I am so frustrated i want to just give up on this. I have plenty of guns but this was gonna be my pride and joy but there hasnt been any joy in this buying experience.........

I would be too. Anyone selling weapons that can't tell an XD from an XDM probably shouldn't be in the business.

So I just ran into Congressman Kennedy. He was on a tour of my Y with the Y's president. The president introduced me to him as "one of our best members" I shook his hand and said "congratulations on your victory, Sir". He thanked me. I then said "Sir you may not like my next comments but I do not support President Obama's and David Linsky's gun control policies. Please do not take my rights away from me" He replied thank you, you got it". About 20 seconds later I passed him again as I was leaving and said "thank you Sir, have a nice day". He replied "Thank you. you too"

What I said was probably worthless but I used my brief encounter to be heard.

BTW, I was armed!

Thanks, I was nervous but I rehearsed what I wanted to say. I wanted to sound respectful and educated (which I am). I wanted to use my brief encounter to get right to the point with out being defensive or argumentative.
