I miss the stately look that the sedan had, for my daily driver. But your all right they are all good cars, it's just about taste. Audi makes a great four door sedan also that's a tank and will last. I'm sure the ATS will do very well for them!

The XTS looks very stately. Some like big cars, some like small cars. So they decided to build both.

The ATS-V might be getting a V8.

And the C6 platform is a steel or aluminum space-frame that underpinned Corvettes from the 2005 through 2013 model years . This car does not have that.

The 6th gen Camaro will be using the same platform as the ATS, but we have no word on what sort of changes will be made for the Camaro variant.

Leave the sports cars and muscle cars to chevy GM, PLEASE !
signed, a loyal Cadillac owner of most of your models, Some of us GM want one big car and one small fast car in the same house, stop trying to make everything small.
Every car being big, roomy, and comfy does not make a BMW competitor.

They just don't seem to get that anymore,
Because the V6 is perfectly adequate and V8 powered FWD sedans are just dumb.

I really would like to see more development in designing SMALLER and LIGHTER V8 high performance engines in some of a lot of these different manufacturers models instead of always going to a v6 when they have to lose weight or increase mpg's Would be the best of both worlds so to speak.

Wow, did you just put "Audi" and "last" in the same sentence?

Add super high maintenance costs to that and yup, one hell of a great four door sedan. It'll spend more time at the dealer than in your driveway.

?

We haven't seen the full ATS lineup yet, and there has never been a V8 in a Cadillac of this size class. So I'm not really sure where you are comming from.
