He went toe to toe with the offensive powerhouse New Orleans saints last year in the playoffs and won, he has led them to the top of their division and made the 49ers a team people don't want to play, yet everyone treats him worse than Ponder.....I just don't get it.

I wouldn't say I'm an Alex Smith fan, Falcons to the bone here, just saying, not sure why there's so much hate out there, he isn't flashy, but neither is Rogers or Brady.

If the Bills don't bake a push for Alex then I might have a real problem.

As long as he doesn't go to the Eagles I'm all for whereever he goes. He's a good QB, just not in Harbaugh's eyes.

Up Tempo doesn't always work in the NFL.

But the Bills sure made it work 20 years ago.

I wouldn't worry about it to much just yet....many more coaches from college jumping straight to head coach in NFL fail than succeed......he has no NFL experience at all......its a brave move but statistically and historically it doesn't bode well for the eagles....

that was the K gun...and it only worked up to the AFC Championship games

Pats run the up tempo pretty well...but it's a gimmick because they need to trick people.

Looks like the Bears may have gotten a good one, hes from the CFL but he had a good run as OC with 49'ers....
