I go 4-5 times a week depending how my friday goes

Mon: Chest/tri
Tues: Back/bis
Wed: Legs
Thurs: Shoulders
Fri: Acts as an extra day for my favorite workouts.. usually chest/tris again

Stats"
Age: 21
HT: 5' 10"
WT: 158 lbs (up 11 pounds since I started hitting the gym hard 4 months ago)

Don't really mess with bench press, but I got 90 pound dumbbells 6 times on monday for dumbbell bench..so 180 in isolated weight..pretty happy with that for now.

I love working out and stay pretty motivated..if anyone ever needs tips or motivation I am glad to help

had a great night on legs last night. i have some friends that are really pushing me! the next few months i really hope to see some huge gains.
