It's tough, and time consuming, but I get it done. I like working certain groups together. I guess I'm just crazy lol

You got to be very careful the way you go about giving advice too. Some people might take it the wrong way. So it's always nice to ease into a conversation and make it comfortable for a first time gym member.

well some people dont take advice very well, because they feel that they are experts on going to the gym. i am always willing to share my information to others hoping it may help!

I am with you on this. I usually run a few miles, then do arms, chest, abs and legs before I leave.

nice. i havent been running or really doing much cardio over the last few months. I have been focused on just bulking. i definitely will start though in the next few months.

nothing wrong with focusing on multiple groups at one time. as i said before i like to do certain groups together.
