100! Thats good! I actually did 150 this morning.

Part 3 of our workout
30 pushups
50 double unders (girls 100 jump ropes)
20 toes to bar (or leg raises)
repeat 5 times.

crossfit training is intense for sure. i have yet to try any of it. i have been just bulking like crazy, but will definitely be looking into crossfit very soon

i have my weights outside and it's too cold to lift. plus i don't want to pull anything.

Its fun! You just have to find the class for you and it may take trying some different ones and some different boxes. I was just lucky that my sunday school friends own their own box and run their own class.

The class afterwards is run by a different girl and there some attitudes in there I can't stand.

TOO COLD! We work out when its like 30 degrees in the box. Just warm up and stretch real good. Or move your weights into the garage.
