hmm, not all prius owners are azzhats..

Was getting my morning over priced cup of starbucks coffee today.

Backed into "my spot" (same spot I manage to get every morning) and as I was getting out, this guy comes over and compliments me on my Camaro, tells me I did a great job with the stripes and the grille and he really loved the over all look, one of the "best he'd seen"..

Thanked him as he got into the prius parked next to me.. I complimented him back to be nice and we had a 20 minute conversation about cars and such.

Turns out he has (claimed) a lifted GMC Sierra, but is a sales rep for restaurant supplies and uses the prius because he does a 1,000 plus miles a week and it is easier on his wallet.

He seemed like a genuine car guy, was rather nice coming from a prius owner as for the past several years I have run into quite a few that were nothing but azzhats because of the cars/trucks I drove.

Just thought I would share since most of the time prius owners are hating on us as much as we hate on them

Any time I think of someone with a prius I always think of that scene from Horrible Bosses.

But most are.... "Your car doesn't get 40mpg when your trying to race me!?!" or, "Why are you trying to pass me on a one lane rode around blind corners?!" and don't forget the "Stop riding my ass....."

If I had to drive a Prius, I would want a "I Hate This Car" bumper sticker. Just to keep people guessing.

I used to drive a Prius. Traded it in for my Camaro. I'm no hippie. Not even close. I did like all of the technology on the car. Solar panel moon roof, automatic battery powered A/C, nav, etc. It drove nice.

No I'm not saying you were. I had a rather large lady driving one scream at me one day in jax beach, fl sitting at a redlight. "you are one of the ones responsible for destroying our atmosphere and you should be ashamed of yourself!"

Whaaaaat? Who pissed on her TRIPLE cheeseburger

I switched my dsp5 switch to the "smoke" tune and made her car disappear in a cloud of black smoke.

I would never criticize anyone for what they drove; especially at a redlight to a truck that can run your ass over

Yeah it makes me laugh and when people do crud like that. One, she has no idea what she's talking about and two, she doesn't think she's leaving a big carbon footprint from all her trash/waste from all the excessive food she eats??

We own a prius C. Love that little car. Lots of space, utility, cheap reliable and 50mpg. Can't ask for much more for the $21k we paid for it. It's my wife's DD.
