Today I'm driving home from work and they are working on the highway, so one lane is coned off. I'm driving in the lane that is gonna be coned off and notice there's a mustang next to me so I slow down turn on my blinker and try to get into the other lane. The mustang driver hits his breaks and matches my speed for the next 10 seconds. At this time the cones begin in about 600 feet so I start speeding up trying to get in front of him he also speeds up so finally I check my rear view Mirror see no cars behind us I hit the breaks and swerve in behind him so I could merge without hitting any cones. I don't hate mustangs, but I sure do hate the drivers

Next time get in front of him, AS he trails you take your morning coffee aqnd raise it above your roof as far to the middle as you can , then dump the coffee some will get on your car ,but most will coat his car everywhere . Its a great trick i have used when needed , makes you laugh everytime.

Seriously, though, how do you know he didn't just slow down to let you in just as you slowed down to get behind and so on....he's probably talking about you on other forum right now.

As far as power is concerned I have 323 hp that's more than enough for an 18 year old

Good job on driving responsibly.

First I would like to say the dude was a d-bag and I am glad you did not get hurt. If the story had been you tried to race him to the merge and lost.... your fault. But you did the right thing. You tried to slow down to merge behind him and he slows down to block you.

The guy should be ticketed and lose his license. That kind of behavior can kill someone.

The deuce in the Mustang will get his... you can't drive like that without getting into a wreck. Just hope he does not hurt anyone when it happens.

Maybe he will get lucky and pull that move on someone with a bad attitude who will give him a solid beating.
