New Combat Rig for the next 3 years.
Well about every 3 or 4 years I upgrade my work/gaming PC. Well it is that time again. So here is the list.
I-7 3960x Asus Sabertooth X79 32GB Gksill Sniper 512GB Crucial M4 SSD NVIDIA Reference GTX680 (fun of owning a hardware review site) Seagate 2TB HD Corsair Obsidian 650D case TT Tough Power Grand 1200 power supply TT Water 2.0 Extreme Think she will hold me for a while, going to load Windows 8 Pro and Start 8 on it. |

Nice rig
 , but why are you going with Windows 8?I tried the pre-release version but ran into driver and software issues. IMHO Windows 8 is for tablets and phones not a desktop. /rant |

It has improved allot from the preview and Start 8 makes it look like Windows 7.

Nice build. Right now I have two HD6950 running in crossfire, and I'm planning on downgrading/upgrading to a single GTX 680. Not too many games are optimized for CF and the ATI drivers suck IMO.

Still have to rerun the wiring for a cleaner look. But I have invoicing and work to get done so will work on it during the slow time between Christmas and New Years.
