what are these switches for?

Can anyone tell me what these switches (circled in yellow) would be for? The car is a 2003 Mini Cooper S (supercharged 1.6L) m6.

Possibly for gauges/pillar speakers

Its the manual feed, for the mice running on the power wheel in the engine compartment.

I'm considering buying this car, but haven't seen it in person yet and can't figure out what these switches are for. I'm thinking maybe its a manual switch for the fan or something like that. I don't want know if I want this car if it has been tinkered with too much like that tho.

they're not stock... those are something aftermarket that has been added... perhaps aftermarket lighting on the front or back of the car?
