Happy Sunday All.

Great pics Zandron and Rick.

I've been busy shopping til I'm dropping (some on-foot and some online) although I took a break to meet up with the local Camaro peeps for breakfast yesterday!

Hope every one has a great rest-of-the-weekend!

Good morning crew! I have been working on finalizing plans for our Camaro club party. I was a bit sad that not many seemed to be planning to attend but we have had a few more confirmations & it seems to be coming together now. I have some things to do today to get myself ready for the party. Have a good Sunday everyone.

Well I finally made it home safely. There was lake effect snow in the forecast today and I found out what driving the Camaro on half worn Pirelli in the snow is like. Luckily it was clear and dry for all but the last 30 miles of the trip. That last part had about an inch of wet salty snow on them. I drove slowly on it about 30 mph and only slid once stopping at a light. I hope to never do that again.

Now I need to let it dry up outside and take the Camaro to the dealer for an oil change and and to look at the top as I think the 5th bow broke on this trip. I used the top anyway as it looks better down than up now. If they can fix it soon I will do it otherwise it will be brought home cleaned completely and go under the cover for the winter and I will have the top fixed or replaced in the spring. It is now safely in the garage where it will stay till this melts and dries up. The winter Escape is now gassed up and ready for my wifes use. I am happy to be home but miss the Florida weather already.

I'm glad you had a nice get away. Sorry the ending was not as great. I hope everything with the Camaro gets taken care of nicely and she gets a long winter nap all cleaned up and in perfect repair.

LONGS WINTERS NAP :)

The the Snow and the Salt on the roads have made me decide it's time to tuck the Car away. The trickle charger and the storage cover were put on the Banana Today. She's Now asleep for along winters Nap. The Insurance and my onstar are turned off untill April. < So sad today.

You guys are making me sad for you & your Camaros. DUDES! Move to a warmer climate! Me too really though. Ruby will get the occasional outing over the winter,............. perhaps, ................if we have some warm spells after the rain has washed the salt off the roads. Maybe. It just depends on the kind of winter we have. But at least I don't have to put her on a trickle charger. Sorry guys. :(

I've had an absolutely AWFUL 4 day weekend, but for a drive I took yesterday... Hitting those 30mph curves at 60 is very therapeutic.

I love Florida and cruising on the motorcycle or in the car. Eating at those waterfront watering holes...........I could get used to it, at least part time......

Sorry Skippy! Jan is right.....we will have lots of cold weather, but even though it was 21 degrees this morning, it warmed up to the low 60's and plenty of sunshine and Camaro driving weather.....we don't have to lock up our cars...but I will have to say that Minnesota is beautiful in the summer......

Warmer climates RULE! I drove the Camaro to Home Depot today. Found this nice '66 Chevelle on the lot, so I had to take advantage of this little car show.

Sounds like you had a great trip! Hope the 5th bow can be fixed soon before even more snow comes.

Hope spring arrives quickly for you. I know how you feel about putting the fun car away.

It's amazing what a Camaro can do. Get us from point A to point B, relieves stress, and provides therapy.

Sorry you had an awful 4 day weekend.

Thank you!

Two of my Facebook friends were wondering why my top was up. I think everyone here would understand my reason; I just feel better locking it up when I can't keep an eye on it. Besides, the '66's top was up too, and I thought the picture would look better.
