Good morning crew. I hope those away from home are having a great time. Safe travels on your return trip. It is another cold morning but supposed to warm up to 60. Mike & I are going to see his parents today. They seem to be getting weaker and get upset if we don't come over for more than a week. She will of course cook a huge meal, then another on Thanksgiving...................I just HAVE to find me a new exercize class.

Happy Birthday Goo Goo!

Good morning. Jan very sorry didn't check in. Great pictures you posted of your Mom
Has not been a great last few days. One of my friends finished his trip. Commuted home. Apparently took a nap while wife was at work and never woke up.:( Still hard to comprehend. His borther was a Captain for us too We were all based together in Vegas awhile back and shared some good times. They Lost another former coworker and instructor to Pancreatic Cancer yesterday. The guy was a legend in the company and was great at putting people at ease under the gun in the "Sweatbox" Sim. He cared. You never forget people like that. Maggie landed a 737 on an Aircraft Carrier. Does that count? In the Sim. I heard Old Tex Johnson was one of a kind from people that knew him.

I used to work in the training facility in Renton and spent some time around some of the training sims. This is the place where John Travolta goes to do some of his training for the 737.Ask Gary about the time he got to "fly" in one and the 100mph cross wind the tech gave him!
I'm impressed Skyman since I know I NEVER could land an airplane, let alone on an aircraft carrier even in a sim!

Remind me to tell you the story about the day I went up with Gary and his instructor on a nice summer day in a Cessna 172 after drinking a root beer...

Its a beautiful day here in the Tampa area. I just washed the Camaro and we are going for a top down ride in the sunny and 70 degree weather. I really need to move to Florida

Kinda slow here at home, end of a busy weekend. Really busy week ahead though. Time to shop for Thanksgiving meal, clean house, get ready for company. One of my best friends lost her husband a couple of weeks ago, and just yesterday, one of our soccer family friends passed away. Guess this will only become more freequent as we get older.:(

I so much look forward to the holiday and cooking for friends and family! My oldest son will turn 32 tomorrow and my middle son will turn 30 on Saturday.

Missed my Friday picture posting, so this is some holiday decorating we did for a party the weekend before Halloween.....more fun to decorate someone else's house!

This was a "800mg of Advil" kind of day. Time to relax and watch some football. My cousin who lives in Florida actually told me it was too warm in AZ today, at 71*. I thought it was almost perfect.

I am thankful for the upcoming short work week.

I'm not a very popular guy, didn't lobby for votes and ended 1 vote shy of being tied for the most votes.

I have to agree with Ruby though. There were several pictures selected that looked more like snapshots than photographs.
