Ladybug looks awesome! I plan to do my interior red on black too, and I hope mine ends up looking as good as yours does! Good job!

Thank you! The leather is Katzkin - they make a quality product! Certainly helps that the shop I go to is really good, too. I've been throwing a lot of challenges at them lately...

I have to share my good news. XD We have finally found the problem on my husbands Trans Am! woo hoo! lol! The Green Death (corrosion) was all over the main harness connector, the headlight terminals, and the headlight connectors and was causing a back feed that made the whole system go screwy. 3 shops my husband had it at couldn't fix it but a handful of college techs and one teacher did. Corrosion is cleaned up and dielectic grease is in all the connectors to help stop it from happening again and the headlights are working correctly. I am so happy right now lol. Dielectic grease = awesomeness ladies. I put some in Ruby's connectors up front and next time Sasuke's nose comes off Im gonna do it to all his front connectors to. Corrosion is a pita.

Thx Ruby. My great day ended though this evening. I was working on a Ford pickup with an electrical issue and sliced my finger clear across the width of it with a knife. Never bled so much out of one tiny appendage in my life. O.O There was blood down my hand and across my fingers, blood on the other hand, blood on the keyboard, and blood all over the floor. Before I could even say anything my teacher saw all teh blood and ran across the shop to me. I nearly passed out and it was all I could do not to vomit omg. They even called my husband to the college. I didnt end up needing stitches yay! Apparently I cut it in just he right place I guess. Not to mention I may have a weak stomach to seeing that much of my own blood going everywhere. >.< ew ew ew ew ew.

Ouch! Sorry that happened. I bet that will be sore! Take care that it does not get infected. I'm glad it did not need stitches but watch it closely & use butterfly closures if needed to help it closed so it heals well. BE CAREFUL! Lots of ways to get hurt doing the work you do. Hope it heals up well & quickly.

YIKES! Glad you didn't need stitches, girl! I sliced the tip of my thumb off once working on a radiator in a Z/28 and had pretty much the same reaction you did. I've never seen so much blood. I thought I was gonna pass out!

Oh-- and regardless of what anyone else might say in other threads because they have nothing better to do with their time-- I think you're one tough chick, girl.

You know, ladies, it's sad. There are some real bullies in this world. Even on here I see people -- even women! -- who have nothing better to do than belittle others and just be mean and rude because they are secretly insecure. It's so disheartening!

I've got a friend who teaches at my old high school and they're doing a media project on bullying and she contacted me and I may go in and talk to them about it because she knows it's something I'm really passionate about. I'm really looking forward to it. One thing I've learned-- it sure doesn't stop as people get older. I really hope I can make an impression on those kids if I go in to talk to them about it!

SUMBITCH!! That's crazy!!! At least you were tough about it. I mean, who wouldn't pass out from seeing that much of their OWN blood. It's on thing to see someone else's but not your own. Not to mention that you probably did loose so much it caused you to faint whether you could handle it or not. Glad to see you are doing well!!

Thx Ruby, mysteek, and Belle.
I saw what you forwarded me Belle and I agree its sad that some people have to feel the need to be like that. I don't believe trying to tear someone else down is right. In the end it only makes you an uglier and more miserable person. Everyone has there flaws and weaknesses, no one is perfect. But there's alot of beauty in that. It makes us all individual and unique. I dont see a reason to be ashamed.
I think you should speak out against bullying Belle. It would be rewarding to you and to others that hear your message.
As for me, this is just one more reason not to work on a Ford. :P The Chevy's are nicer to me heh heh heh.
