Just got back from the gym. Thirty minutes cardio and then an hour with our personal trainer. We did back today. I am going to be sore tomorrow. It's working though. I have lost 17 pounds in two months.

Finally go the 120#s on db military for 3 sets of 10. I was struggling on the third set.

My workouts are coming along after a month and a half. Been doing 3 sets for each body part for a month now. Going to move up to 4 sets on Thursday when I start new rotation. My rotation consists of chest and tri's first day, back and bi's 2nd day, legs and shoulders 3rd day, rinse, repeat . 30 minute cardio everday before workout. I'm seeing improvements already. Muscle memory is a beautiful thing. Keep up the good work guys.

Let me tell you, since I've started working out, my energy level has skyrocketed and man, do I feel GREAT....... YEESSSSS!!!

i slacked yesterday .. i went and shot my guns for a bit after work, and then had to catch up on some homework. i will make up for it tonight! legs, back, and shoulders!

Cross training/supersets and cardio. Did Crossfit, and will return to it once my gym offers it again.

Eat clean with minimal carbs.

Have never maxed out on the bench, and rarely do bar bench.

So, I started a new Ab workout, it's my friends routine and everything was fine, but for the past two days deep breaths have been very difficult.

It got really bad Tuesday night and caused me to have a panic attack, first one I've ever had. Really rough night for me, anyone else ever have shortness of breath from working out abs?

Never doing his routine again, I'll stick to Ab Ripper X it works just as well and I never have breathing problems.
