Still waiting on our gym to be done, really waiting on the paint and the floor. And having half of the house torn up is really cramping my style. But I've been running and doing Nike Training App.

Still kicking along. Upped calories a bit more and staying around 9% body fat and 167-168 lbs.

I gotta say I'm not wild about the Fri, Sat, Sun workouts as by Sunday night I'm blasted, but it is nice sleeping in before work. My gal has Norwegian DNA and builds muscles quick and easy. Pisses me off because I don't grow that fast LMAO but she looks fantastic. Pushes me harder though so it's all good.

Just had my yearly physical, so I'm curious to see how the chol and all that looks.

Bonnie, Have you tried something like Kris Gethin's DTP program? You're an advanced lifter, so I think you can handle it and it's not low reps, it's a lot of everything and just really intense. Check it out you might like it, I think you'll see a much stronger transformation in 4 weeks. Just food for thought

Wake up C5 lol. Hope everyone is doing well. I am still at it, going into a cutting phase again, got to get ready to post a couple of pics on my 58th birthday in January. The numbers say I'm getting older but I sure don't feel it, usually, lol.

Just checkin in with you all! While everything else gets put to the side, fitness remains high on my priority list!! Been doing a P90X/Half Marathon hybrid training program for the past 4 weeks. I am training my husband for his first ever half marathon which we will be doing in March. I am so excited for him!

Hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving and don't over indulge too much!!!

I am sure there may be a little bit of slacking going on this week!

Hopefully this will help folks not pile up their plates too much:
