Complained to the restaurant I ate on Saturday about the waitress stiffin an extra 4 dollar tip. The manager called me back we had a similar credit card number like yours and it was busy. I was the only one at the bar I get my 4 dollars back but that's it:(

It is not easy to charge extra on a credit card at a restaurant. The manager had to check the charges at the end of the night.

they know the routine, parent has to sign off unless huge circumstances...their social promoted to next grade so their not all feeling hurt for being kept back

call your bank, show 'em your recpit and they'll challenge it and take back the payment .....

That is one of my peeves dishonest people. Don't tell me it was busy when I was there I was the only one at the bar I'm going to get me a blizzard right now. Unhealthy but I'm ready to go work off some anger tonight
