This was just a joke, I had noticed that the new grill design that ford seems to be in love with right now ( along with several other manufacturers ) seemed to remind me of something. Then I saw a Video the other night on AFV and realized what it was. So everyone just chill and take it for what it was intended, a harmless little joke.
