So I recently got a 2007 mercury grand marquis and well I want it just a lil faster and well I bought a chip, but idk were to put it?

Chips don't work. You need a SCT tuner to load a performance tune.SCT Performance - More Power! Less Fuel!

If it's what I think it is, it is one of those things that plug into the OBD port. As others have said, they don't work.
About the only way to go faster using a Grand Marquis is to put it toward a trade-in on almost anything else.

It's already been said, but I'll echo the others: you needed a tuner, not a plug-in chip. Such as Diablosport, SCT, etc. Hope you didn't spend too much.

Did you not read the install instruction for on the website? Besides I hardly doubt you will a 60hp increase from this so called advertised chip. Trade the car and get something better.

That will only give you a check engine light, nothing more. Hope you didnt pay 70 bucks for it. You could have made the same thing for a couple pennies.
