I say do it. Why? For a few reasons...
1 - Worthy opponent
2 - He's talkin and he needs to be put down
3 - You're fairly confident you can take him
4 - If it were a Honda Civic, then everyone would be telling you to race him...
5 - Beating him would be something to brag about...unlike beating a Honda Civic
6 - Free stuff when you win
7 - You can learn ways to increase your cars performance on the sly...he'll never know
8 - It'll be fun
9 - You can always just make it a gentlemen's bet...loser sponsors the winner at the bar
10 - After you beat him, show sportsmanship and be nice...you'll make a friend and gain his respect.
11 - He'll never under estimate another car again...

As for the....I could take him with a car the 1/4 of the price of his. I highly doubt that...and even if you could...end of the day...he has a Ferrari...you have a Chevy....he still wins. The whole little "I can beat him with my lesser price car" arguement is stupid. Thats just like....so a twin turbo Civic beats you....its still a civic.

So he wins because he has a Ferrari...?? I don't think so. Because to be perfectly honest with you, some people are not turned on by a Ferrari...not in the slightest. Just like a kid in a suped up Civic probably has no interest in a Camaro. And the cost to performance ratio is not stupid. There was a time when the Corvette took on cars 2 and even 3 times its value. And in all those comparos I have never once seen the Vette come out at the bottom. It was always at least in the middle. Maybe YOUR car in YOUR eyes is worthless compared to other cars...but most of us actually like our Camaros. Maybe you should consider trading yours in...I'm sayin...

If you win the race .. You get free mods AND bragging rights.
