The pills don't make you overweight the eating does. When you crave food drink water instead. It fills your stomach and tricks you into thinking you are hungry.

My eating patterns are the same.:( I think I'm just screwed I was diagnosed with PCOS about four years ago. It can cause sudden weight gain.
