I think they already told the OP this was a problem between the dealership and him. I believe that's why he is even more upset.

It's total bullshit, too. If it were me, I would get a brand new, made-to-order Camaro-- Free-- or GM would be involved because I'd start suing everyone. Then again I work for a lawyer
