I've been running and starting Monday I've made Alisha run with me. So she could loose some baby fat

Yeah, it's so hard to shed it.

It's possible no doubt, but a PITA!!! Plus, it doesn't help that we don't get the necessary sleep either.

I have bags under my eyes. I'm glad you are motivating her and doing it with her as well. I'm sure she appreciates you doing this with/for her.

Yea besides I mean everyone can stand to loose a pound or 2 ya know. I'm doing it for both of us. i gained some weight since I quit smoking
