Well I called a second bodyshop and I got a really good estimate to paint the spoiler
I'm supposed to drop it off next Thursday but I work 8-4pm so I'm dropping it off early at my dealer and they are dropping it off for me and picking it up and then they are going to wire the harness in for me so I can get the spoiler light to work for me
