VERY Nice. Awaiting more. I want to do a professional photo shoot with Ruby!

I heard through my daughter, My son is finaly graduating from Basic training. I'm still sad we are not invited but feel encouraged to hear he has a female drill sergent who is busting his butt about shutting out his parents. Word has it he is starting to soften a bit. I can only hope. I am proud of him & want him to let us share in his life. Here is a pic, not a great one, but all I have. He is the second one from the left in front with the bright white Nike swosh on his shoes. He sure looks thin.

Ruby: I dont know if they still do it, but they use to take video of them going through basic training. Lath has his from 2001. Maybe you could get a copy of it if they still do it?

You can check out the ton of pics I've put on Facebook already, Gracie... Coco is waaaaaayyyyy cute. She's finally completely comfortable here, and is a wild child tonight. Bouncing everywhere!!! If I wasn't so busy trying to keep her corralled, I would have taken video... maybe next time!

(BTW, you hair in that pic was how I had my hair for my wedding - my goddaughter is a professional cosmetologist and she did it for me. You did as good as a pro!!! )

Tori, I may be asking you training advice... I've been through training a Rottie and a German Shepherd before, but Coco seems to be smarter than the others (already comes, is great on the leash, crate trained in 2 days, mostly housebroken already, plays fetch - and actually brings the ball back... at 7 weeks) and sometimes smart can mean stubborn and destructive later on...
Anytime you have questions, happy to help. Best advice is trot him down to PetSmart when he turns 10 weeks old and sign him up in puppy class.

Nice, then you know the value of the socialization they get in classes. Dust that clicker off and head back to puppy school!

Hello Ladies. Happy Friday! I'm dragging my hubbie to the local dealership this weekend to check out the ZL1 they have in stock. I don't figure we'll purchase it (I'm really hoping they'll eventually do a special color like blue or green), but I haven't seen one up close yet and I want to check it out.

Hope you all have a great weekend!

Good luck not coming home with it. Camaros are like puppies. You see it, play with it, then you have to take it home.

Well, I won't be unhappy if that happens...it would make a great b-day present for me.

Today Sasuke was featured in Berger Chevrolet's Camaro Friday. Here's the write up!

Today for CAMARO Friday, it is my absolute pleasure to present Mrs. Karen Warren, and her totally TOTALLY cooooooool (I'd put more o's in there isn't an "copy paste infinity" key) 2011 Inferno Orange LS3 V8 CAMARO! Look at this thing! Yesss...sssss.

Karen lives in Fort Knox, KY and is one of those superbad awesome chicks who loves nothing more than kicking tail, and eating wimps for breakfast. She is an army wife who is currently earning an Automotive Tech degree, and this is her third Camaro. And it's...um...really really sweet.

Karen was raised around a garage, and learned the Camaro way at a very young age from her dad. Her first car was a Camaro, that her dad gave to her so she could learn to rule the road right from the start. He helped her choose her second car, also a Camaro, mannual this time, and he taught her how to drive a stick so she could cruise. Sadly, she lost her father in 2011, which is where awesome husband comes in. He was deployed in Afghanistan at the time, and at home on R&R when she got the news about her dad. "He wanted to see me smile again, so the day after he brought me home this dream Camaro" Karen says, it was everything she wanted. She'd even built it on GM's website "like 10 times". Que the awwwwwwws: awwwwwwe... "I have a deep love for the Camaro but even more so for this Camaro. It's a reminder of how wonderful my husband is and how much he loves me and of my dad that kinda started it all."

And this thing is fierce. Here's the list of cool mods (and yeah, she's rad so she did most of them herself):

Repainted both bowties to Inferno orange and Carbon Flash as well as the fuse box lid
The ground FX have been repainted to Carbon Flash Metallic
AAC Orange Halo headlights, foglights, footwells, dome & trunk light
AAC Dual scanners in grill
Custom "Legends Never Die" hoodliner by Corrado Mallia
Custom engine cover that lights up "camaro" in orange also done by myself (sic)
SLP Loudmouth Exhaust
CAI Cold air intake
Blacked out tail lights
Few decals on the rims and side vents
Autographed by GM's Team Camaro on both strut towers

"The car has a few show awards," Karen says about winning, "but its biggest came at Camaro5Fest III when it was recognized by Al Oppenhieser, GM's Global Vehicle Chief Engineer RWD and Performance Vehicles, with his Team Camaro Award."

Way to be super awesome, Karen Warren! We love your car!!!
