I haven't done anything different in my work schedule...

Wake up,
desk job,
come home and play video games/watch tv with Wifey and play with the dog
Dinner
Watch tv
sleep

and so far I've lost 6 pounds in 8 days, just by slightly changing dinner foods.

Who needs to work out?
