In the video, at the 1:13 mark, Superman is leaving a con-trail behind him when he flies upwards, and it has 2 different con-trails streams.

This happens with jet engines.

I don't think a real life superman would have con trails behind him while he is flying.

However perhaps there WOULD be contrails, if he is somehow creating some kind of turbine affect with the air on both sides of his body to make him fly.

There is no actual explanation about how he gains propulsion and acceleration in mid air.

I just assumed superman understands anti-gravitics in a way normal humans don't.

Perfectly explainable. He leaves vapor trail because of his Super-Fart ability, which is the only way he can propel himself faster than the speed of sound.

C'mon, superhero physics is easy when you think about it.
