Tell me somethimg I don't know. Why would bad road effect your decision on going with a wider tire. Is there something I don't know. Wider tires will look sick and hook better.

They look better and help hook better because of the wider contact patch, but the pothole roads around here could hurt the tire because it is stretched on the rim. A 315 is not meant to fit a 9" rim.
