I got 90%. Question 7 is only partly right.

When you get a blow out, the first thing you should do is to press on the accelerator. The blow out of the tire will pull you in the direction of the side of the vehicle that the blow out was on.

It is basic physics. A vehicle going in a direction will continue going in that direction until a force pulls it in an different direction.

The tire going flat is the force that will pull you in another direction. How you counteract that force, is by pushing down on the accelerator.

You only do that until you have control, then you stop.

By pushing on the brakes, you amplify the force trying to pull you in the other direction.

I disagree with 8. Passing other cars on the right should be avoided if at all possible. It is a blind spot in allmost all vehicles. It is never a good choice to place yourself in someone elses blind spot.

I do live in California, where a large percentage of drivers don't even follow the rules, much less demonstrate any real driving ability. If they limited licenses only to people who can actually demonstrate competence behind the wheel, we'd solve a lot of our traffic problems.

Another question - states have no problem putting in cameras to catch speeders. Why don't they have cameras to catch people talking on their cellphone, taking care of/disciplining kids in the backseat, eating/drinking, etc. Speeding has become the scapegoat for the real problems that cause crashes.

I got a95. In pa they must teach to drive to end of ramp and stop. They don't have a clue on how to merge onto a highway here!!!! Almost been in several accidents here because they all stop even when there is little to no traffic.
